Membership Applications are accepted (for approval) year round.

A membership is for a period of one financial year, with the following caveats:

• Memberships taken out during the first half of the financial year (1st July to 31st December) will need to be renewed at the end of that financial year (on or after 30th June)
• Memberships taken out during the second half of the financial year (1st January to 30th June) may be extended at no cost for a further 12 months.
• Thereafter, membership renewal will be each twelve months at the end of each financial year.
